Job Description
We are looking for a Data Engineer with a background in Big Data. This position will be integrated in the IT GBCR Data Management & BI department within the CIB business unit, in the Chapter Big Data.
Qualifications
- Experience with Big Data and NoSQL Technology (Hadoop, HDFS, Hive, Kerberos);
- Experience with SQL (Oracle, MS SQL);
- Optimization and performance improvement experience will be a plus (Shell Script; Execution plan);
- Knowledge in languages (Python, Spark, PySpark, Java, Scala);
- Familiarity with DevOps concepts;
- Source Code Management (Git, Azure devops );
- Analyze and test different design solutions;
- Investigate data issues and lead the steps towards their resolution;
In addition, the candidate should have:
- Previous experience as Data Analyst, Data Engineer or similar role;
- Very good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills;
- Good level of English (at least C1);
- Previous experience in Banking IT topics would be a plus.
