About the job

Your Main Activities Are

Deliver a timely, efficient and autonomous analysis in all types of alerts taking into account priority messages, Cut-Off Times and ensuring the follow up and a clear and swift communication with stakeholders
Process alerts respecting Team's procedures, SLA, Guidelines, Financial Security Procedures, BNP Paribas guidelines and policies
Keep updated on developments on sanctions, embargoes and related KYC/AML/CFT/Sanctions laws and regulations and exchange with onshore teams (Compliance B2, back office and B1, GFS, among others)
Promote certainty, clarity and uniformity on team daily tasks through identification of information gaps and unclear topics and by offering solutions
Contribute to the continuous improvement of B2 processes and tools by identifying process inefficiencies or tool deficiencies, escalating these so that proposed changes can be assessed and sharing best practice with other Compliance Hub Teams

Profile and Skills to Success

High school
Up to 2 years of experience in Banking and Financial Operations / Audit / Compliance or similar
Advanced level of English and Ukrainian, both written and oral
Attention to detail / rigor
Ability to collaborate / teamwork
Analytical ability
Decision making
