THE ROLE

We’re on a mission to expand our retail footprint, and we’re looking for a driven Sales Representative to make it happen. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting retail leads into strong business relationships. This is a 2-month temporary project with the possibility of extension, depending on performance and business needs.
What You’ll Do

  • Generate qualified retail leads using tools such as Apollo and other prospecting platforms.

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process : from prospecting and outreach, to pitching, negotiation, and conversion.

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of retail prospects, ensuring steady progress towards targets.

  • Conduct outreach via email, calls, and LinkedIn to generate interest and secure meetings.

  • Present our brand and products to potential retail partners, highlighting our unique value.

  • Track and report on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and sales performance.

  • Collaborate with the team to share insights from the market and improve outreach strategies.

  • Ensure accurate and timely updates of all activities in the CRM.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven sales experience (minimum 2–3 years), ideally in retail or consumer brands.

  • Strong track record of managing the full sales cycle from lead to close.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a persuasive and results-driven mindset.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to deliver under tight timelines.

  • Fluency in Portuguese (English or Spanish is a plus).

  • Comfortable working in a temporary, project-based role with clear performance goals.

Contract Details

  • Duration : 2 months (with the possibility of extension based on results).

  • Type : Temporary / Project-based.

  • Start date : Immediate.
