Your mission:
- responsible for closing sales different subscriptions and products over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
- present the best offers we have by doing upselling and cross selling.
- Receiving inbound calls
- Sell offers to Customers
- Answering questions about products or subscriptions
- Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Interact with the customer to understand the new needs and new requests
Why you are a great fit:
- Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Italian
- Good computer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Experience in online sales
- High School Diploma
- EU passport/ID or a Portuguese resident card

Contract:
- Initial employment contract with a duration of 12 months
- Subsequent extension of one more contract for 12 months
- Permanent contract after 2 years
