What you'll do:
- Act as a key contributor to the growth of our Retail and Wholesale channels by building commercial insights on pricing, product segmentation, competition, and offline profitability.
- Drive initiatives to boost EBIT, working cross-functionally to improve pricing, bundling, conversion, and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with Retail Operations, Product, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams to make sure our offline channels reflect the Emma experience and brand values.
- Use our owned-and-operated stores as test labs, pilot new pricing models, explore new product segments, test bundling and promotional mechanics, and iterate based on results.
- Take ownership of the commercial performance of our 9 Emma Stores across Germany and the Netherlands — managing P&L, setting store targets, and tracking financial results.
- Lead sales forecasting, budgeting, and store-level performance planning for both markets.
- Support the launch of 6 new Emma Stores (2 in 2026, 4 in 2027) by collaborating with stakeholders on location strategy, store setup, and go-to-market plans.
- Analyze data, identify opportunities, and turn insights into actionable plans that improve performance on the ground.
Who we’re looking for:
- You have 4+ years of experience in a commercial, business development, or retail performance role; ideally within a multi-market or omnichannel environment.
- You’re highly analytical, data-driven, and confident managing a P&L and making decisions that impact the bottom line.
- You think in systems, thrive in ambiguity, and love solving complex, cross-functional challenges.
- You master project and stakeholder management.
- You’ve worked on retail expansion, new market launches, or rollouts, and understand what it takes to make them successful from planning to execution.
- You’re curious, hands-on, and always thinking about how to test, learn, and improve.
- You speak fluent English; German is a plus.
