What are we looking for?
Residential Service Coordinator
Responsible for overseeing various aspects of the residential experience and services offered to our private members.
You must be used to the top-class service delivery and able to create a welcoming and luxurious environment by managing a wide range of services and activities that enhance our club member´s lifestyle and contribute to the overall community experience.
What you will do?
1. Resident Engagement: Interacting with residents to understand their needs, preferences, and concerns. Building strong relationships with residents to ensure their satisfaction and comfort within the community.
2. Amenities and Services: Managing and coordinating a range of amenities and services available to residents, such as spa services, fitness facilities, dining options, housekeeping, maintenance, and more
3. Event Planning: Organizing and coordinating events and activities for residents at their properties
4. Property Management: Collaborating with maintenance and housekeeping staff to ensure that the property is well-maintained, clean, and aesthetically pleasing at all times
5. Communication: Keeping residents informed about upcoming events, property updates, and any relevant news through various communication channels
6. Issue Resolution: Addressing any concerns or issues raised by residents promptly and effectively, working to find solutions that enhance their living experience
7. Vendor Management: Coordinating with external vendors and service providers to ensure seamless delivery of services such as catering, landscaping, security, and more
8. Budget Management: Assisting in the management of the residential services budget, including cost control, expense tracking, and financial reporting
9. Collaboration: Working closely with other departments within the property, such as property management, marketing, and operations, to ensure a cohesive and exceptional resident experience
10. Quality Control: Maintaining high standards of service quality and continuously seeking opportunities to improve and innovate residential services offered
11. Health and Safety: Ensuring that all residential services and amenities comply with health, safety, and regulatory standards
