Description:
Noesis is looking for professionals with the following profile:
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of KPIs for service performance across all Group companies in compliance with DORA
- Support Product Manager in DORA-related initiatives, ensuring alignment on scope and timelines
- Coordinate with Project Managers to monitor progress and escalate issues when needed
- Report regularly to Leadership on project status and risks
Profile:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years’ experience in project management, ideally with DORA implementation
- Knowledge of PMI/Agile, KPIs, and IT compliance
- Experience with multidisciplinary/multicultural teams
- Familiarity with BI tools and certifications like PMP, ITIL, or ISO 27001 are a plus
- Fluent in English
