We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Program Manager to support the CFO of our Business Area. This role serves as a key interface between the CFO, CEO and Executive Board and various internal stakeholders. The Program Manager will lead cross-functional initiatives and projects and ensure seamless communication and execution across organizational levels.
Your role in our team
- Collaborate closely with Group Functions Controlling, Legal, Accounting, Tax, Compliance, Risk and Governance
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with CFO priorities and business objectives. Prepare and consolidate reports, performance dashboards, and executive presentations
- Lead and manage projects for the CFO from initiation to completion, starting with analyzing and planning to successful project execution.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
- Facilitate regular project reviews, status updates, and stakeholder communications
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement structural improvements
- Serve as central point of contact for CFO related inquiries and coordination.
Your profile
- 3+ years of experience in project or program management, ideally in a finance or corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of (financial) processes, reporting cycles, and organizational structures.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; PMP or similar certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project) and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Power BI).
