Position Summary

As a Process Mapping & Improvement Specialist, your role will involve leading Process Mapping & Improvement initiatives, including supporting clients to identify focus areas for improvement. You'll be managing continuous improvement projects within the organization, with a consistent focus on simplifying, standardizing, and digitalizing activities for enhanced operational efficiency.


A day in the life of...

  • Understanding and addressing client needs effectively.
  • Leveraging our team's expertise in driving process simplification & improvement, utilizing Continuous Improvement Methods & Tools (namely Lean and BPM) to their maximum potential.
  • Dedication to optimizing workflows based on the specific requirements of each Client, with an unwavering commitment to simplifying, streamlining, digitizing, and standardizing activities for maximum efficiency.
  • Process Mapping (AS IS and TO BE)
  • Conducting meetings to identify gaps and opportunities for process improvement
  • Knowledge in solutions focused on: productivity, digitalization of services and automation of repetitive processes
  • Management and leadership in projects and indicators of continuous improvement
  • Waste reduction using Lean methodology



What will make you successful

  • Mandatory background in Finance
  • Practical BPMn experience (Business Process Model and Notation) with tools such as Bizagi, Visio, or similar
  • Ability to prepare project documentation using Microsoft Office tools skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc).
  • Ability to lead Projects, namely task planning, managing progress, removing barriers, managing change requests, resolving conflicts and building consensus
  • Ability to Identify and Solve Pain Point Root Causes in Processes and establish Improvement Opportunities.
  • Consolidated experience in Mapping, Redesigning Processes, with Productivity and/or Business Value tangible gains
  • Strong Organization and Workshop Facilitation skills
  • Effective Communication Skills
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Continuous Improvement / Lean / DMAIC projects.
