About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Logistics Continuous Improvement Specialist to identify and implement process improvements across our logistics operations. This role combines analytical thinking with practical logistics knowledge to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
Main Responsibilities
- Analyze current logistics processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities. Create documented processes and ways of work.
- Develop and implement Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
- Lead cross-functional improvement projects from conception to implementation
- Create and maintain KPIs to measure logistics performance and improvement impacts
- Collaborate with warehouse, transportation, and supply chain teams to optimize operations
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and develop sustainable solutions
- Train staff on continuous improvement principles and techniques
- Document best practices and standardize procedures across logistics functions
About you
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Experience in logistics Control Tower and Operations
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
- Proficiency with logistics systems and data analysis tools
- Outstanding communication and team collaboration skills
- Very good written and spoken English, other European language is an advantage
