About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic P&O Business Partner to support our organization's strategic and operational People initiatives. Reporting to the P&O Director, this role will serve as a key partner to business leaders, ensuring alignment between people strategy and business objectives.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

· Act as a trusted advisor to managers and the respective employees, providing HR insights and guidance to drive business success.

· Implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures in alignment with global standards and business needs.

· Support change management initiatives, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

· Support and coach managers in enhancing their people leadership and team management skills.

· Oversee talent management processes, including succession planning and leadership development.

· Partner with business leaders to ensure optimal team structures, workforce planning, and capability development.

· Work closely with Talent Acquisition to attract, retain, and onboard top talent.

· Act as advisory within the onboarding phase

· Conflict management and mediation

· Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster an inclusive and mindfull workplace culture.

· Support the performance evaluation process by guiding managers, facilitating discussions, and leading calibration sessions.

· Provide coaching on effective feedback, career development, and employee engagement strategies.

· Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies while acting as a key advisor on employee relations matters.

· Conceive and conduct workshops and employee engagement initiatives

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

· Experience in an P&O Business Partner, People Generalist, or similar role within a fast-paced organization.

· Empathy

· Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor law, and best practices.

· Proven ability to partner with leadership and drive HR strategies that align with business goals.

· Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.

· Experience in talent development, workforce planning, and performance management.

· Ability to analyze HR metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

· English is mandatory.

· Experience in an international or matrixed organization is a plus.
