ROLE:
- Campaign Support & Execution: Assist in the setup, management and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track key metrics (CPC, ROAS, CTR, conversions, etc.) and support the team with performance dashboards and regular reporting to ensure data-driven decisions.
- Market & Competitor Research: Support research on trends, competitors, and keywords to uncover new opportunities and help refine ad strategies for maximum efficiency.
- Creative & Copy Coordination: Collaborate with design and content teams to support the development and testing of creatives, ad copy, and landing pages tailored to different platforms and audiences.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, Data Science or similar (preferred)
- Previous experience or knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads or Amazon Ads (2 years required)
- Passion for digital marketing and eagerness to grow in performance marketing
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail
- Fluent in Portuguese and Independent in English
- Real team-player - Autonomous, proactive and responsible
- Good organizational skills
