ROLE
We’re seeking a Partner Implementation Lead to manage the onboarding and integration of new boutiques and brands onto the Farfetch marketplace. You’ll define optimal solutions for catalogue, order, and stock processes, ensure adoption of best practices, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, on-time launches.
You’ll also optimize existing partner setups, drive internal process improvements to accelerate project delivery, and feed partner insights into tool development. This role is ideal for someone hands-on, organized, and passionate about scalable operations and partner success.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead partner implementation projects, including onboarding new boutiques and brands to the Farfetch marketplace. Define the optimal integration solutions for key processes such as catalogue management, order fulfillment, and stock synchronization.
- Ensure partners understand and adopt Farfetch’s best practices, providing guidance on critical operational processes and platform standards to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
- Execute partner setup and solution implementation, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful go-lives that meet all operational and quality standards.
- Optimize the integration and operational performance of existing partners, identifying areas for improvement and reconfiguring solutions to better meet evolving business needs.
- Gather and consolidate partner feedback, identifying recurring challenges and unmet needs, and translating them into structured requirements to inform improvements and future developments of Farfetch tools and systems.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of internal systems and partner operations, using data-driven insights to recommend and implement continuous operational improvements.
- Improve internal team processes, identifying synergies across functions, streamlining workflows, and introducing enhancements to accelerate project delivery and increase overall efficiency.
- Enhance Farfetch’s external partner learning platform to support scalable onboarding, ongoing training, and operational excellence.
WHO YOU ARE
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex ideas verbally and through written presentations;
- Experienced in a B2B environment;
- Knowledge of logistics, cross-country shipments and warehouses processes;
- Able to lead multiple projects simultaneously and take ownership using data to drive decision-making;
- Fluent in Italian (C level);
- Fluent in English (C level);
- Driven for process optimization, organisation and planning;
- Experienced in and knowledgeable of E-commerce and luxury retail is a plus;
- Good Microsoft Excel skills
