Order Support Specialist - Dutch/Flemish speaker m/f/x - Remote in Portugal

You speak Dutch/Flemish and you are a Technology addict? We are recruiting Dutch speakers Talent to Order Support Specialist in Portugal !!

Your working day:

• Backoffice role.
• Handling Inbound Calls from customers replying to a callback request that we have sent to them is mandatory.
• Specialists perform Outbound Calls whenever applicable to clarify further information with customers.

What you need to know to have a chance of getting this job:

• Fluent in Dutch with good level in English
• Customer Service experience
• Great communication
• Valid Work Permit in Portugal

Experience:

• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• Dutch/Flemish C2 & English B2 (Required)

License/Certification:

• Work permit in Portugal (Required)
