- Plan, organise and monitor the smooth running of the office’s life;
- Assist in managing office supplies, ensuring appropriate stock levels and timely ordering;
- Act as a point of contact for internal staff and external suppliers, ensuring efficient communication;
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner;
- Organize documentation;
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and well-functioning office environment;
- Help monitor maintenance needs and liaise with service providers as necessary;
- Contribute to improving office procedures and promoting a positive workplace culture;
- Support to other teams with the daily needs of the organization (e.g., event planning and organizational culture initiatives).
- Knowledge in the administrative area or office management;
- Knowledge of MS Excel;
- Experience in creating reports and managing information;
- Capable of solving problems and having a proactive attitude;
- To be a perfectionist and always have a professional attitude;
- Good communication skills in English.
