Performs critical (sometimes escalated) design and performance activities in customer projects independently (complex problem solving in projects and multi-vendor environments). Develops / Reviews and makes recommendations on network-wide Design covering Performance, Spectrum & Capacity supported by Recommendations (within and across the region). Organizes field measurements and laboratory tests. Performs network audits, especially in cases where fault or problems exist. Optimizes networks with all components based on traffic trends and customer forecasts. Supports experts in developing network configuration file and interface analysis

- Implement best Network Post Launch optimization practices to improve Europe wide wireless networks.
- Contributes to strategic decisions within your professional area.
- Solve complex problems based on sophisticated analytical thought and complex judgment.
- Acts as a subject-matter expert and provide guidance to customer and contribute in knowledge sharing with Nokia internal community.
- Consult and optimize customer network and perform root cause analysis to support customer around Europe.
- Be able to consult the customer and propose to the customer best practice 4G & 5G Parameter & Feature sets.
- Have very good presentation skills and be able to engage with the customers with a proactive & consultative approach.
Have a winner mindset
Your skills and experience:
- Strong understanding of 5G FR1 NSA/SA , 5G FR2 and LTE architecture & exposure to latest Nokia SW releases from 23R1 onwards.
- In-depth knowledge of Nokia RRM,features and parameters.
- Demonstrated experience with 5G & LTE End to End optimization projects.
- Ability to analyse Nokia internal syslogs, eNB/gNB logs, EMIL, TTI Traces for quick troubleshooting & expedite/steer R&D analysis.
- Exposure with logging tools such as QXDM, XCAL, or equivalent and should be proficient with those tools.
- Strong understanding of National Benchmarking (Umlaut, ARCEP, etc) methodology and optimisation.
- Team player, and able to work with international teams remotely with good communication and problem solving Skills.
It would be nice if you also have:
- Nokia Certified Solutions Specialist in Network Performance Services - 5G Radio Network Optimization
- Nokia ORAN/VRAN experience
- Multivendor (Huawei,Ericsson,ZTE) to Nokia swap experience, KPI, Feature mapping.
- Comfortable working with tools like ATOLL, RNP9955, ACTIX, NEMO, NETACT OSS, Plan Editor, Wireshark, LTE PAT
