MEDIA ANALYTICS SENIOR ASSOCIATE

WHAT YOU WILL DO
In this vital role you will support Amgen's strategic commercial initiatives by tracking, querying, and analyzing paid media performance across digital channels (e.g., display, search, social, video) to deliver actionable insights that optimize media investment and drive business impact for priority brands in a global healthcare setting.
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Maintain and update reporting dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, PowerPoint), ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including media analytics managers, brand leads, Global Commercial Capabilities (GCC) team, Customer Data and Analytics (CD&A) teams and external media agencies to support reporting cycles, campaign reviews, and data validation as well as to integrate media insights with broader commercial performance narratives.
- Identify data discrepancies, perform quality assurance, and support the documentation of business rules and standardized measurement frameworks.

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU
Our ideal candidate is collaborative, data-savvy, a problem solver who thrives on turning data into insights, is detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Minimum requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in analytics, preferably in digital media, performance reporting, or commercial data analysis.
- University Degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, healthcare or related field.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Preferred requirements:
- Familiarity with digital media metrics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Ads, DV360, Meta Ads Manager).
- Experience using SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization platforms is a plus.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience working with external agencies or media partners preferred.
- Experience in pharma/biotech or regulated industry is a plus, but not required.
