What you'll do:
Help develop and execute effective marketing strategies, campaigns, and programs to drive brand awareness and lead generation;
Act as inside sales person, collaborating with the sales team to qualify MQLs and convert them to SQLS;
Interview stakeholders and Syone representatives to produce client cases;
Be part of all aspects of digital marketing, including website management, SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing;
Support the planning and execution of marketing automation and email campaigns, ensuring proper lead nurturing and client relationship management;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with Sales and People Experience;
Develop, coordinate and execute employer branding campaigns in sync with the HR department.
What you will need to bring:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the IT sector;
Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns;
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, marketing automation, and analytics tools;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and deliver compelling presentations;
Strong organizational skills;
Fluency in English and Portuguese;
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Tools and Technology Experience:
Marketing Automation and CRM: Proficiency in Hubspot is a plus;
Digital Marketing and Analytics: Hands-on experience with SEO tools, such as Google Search Console, Paid Advertising Platforms (e.g., Google Ads), and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics);
Social Media Management: Experience using social media management platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, or Buffer) for managing and tracking social media campaigns;
Content Management: Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., Hubspot or WordPress) and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office or Figma);
Productivity Management: Experience using project management tools (e.g., Trello, Notion or ClickUp, for example) to plan, organize, and track marketing projects and campaigns.
