As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Marketing Specialist who will play a key role in strengthening Ovom Care’s brand, driving campaigns, and supporting both online and offline initiatives to engage and convert potential patients.
Your role
As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for executing and managing marketing initiatives that drive Ovom Care’s presence in Portugal and internationally. You will work hands-on, owning tasks from planning to delivery, while collaborating with our Head of Marketing & Sales to ensure our strategy translates into measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute marketing campaigns end-to-end, from planning to delivery.
- Manage activation projects such as events, collaborations, and local partnerships.
- Drive email marketing and CRM workflows (HubSpot), including automation and performance tracking.
- Support the content strategy (social media, SEO, and website optimization).
- Analyze campaign results, track KPIs, and implement data-driven improvements.
- Be proactive — propose and execute new ideas to strengthen Ovom Care’s brand.
Your profile
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, ideally in startups or fast-paced environments.
- Hands-on attitude with proven ability to get things done.
- Basic understanding of SEO, email marketing, and CRM tools (HubSpot experience is a plus).
- Comfortable managing both online and offline marketing activities.
- Highly organized and capable of running multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Proactive and confident in taking decisions and pushing projects forward.
- Strong communication skills in English (Portuguese is required).
