We’re Hiring: Marketing Director, GuestReady and RentalReady
We are looking for a skilled and strategic marketing leader to drive the international growth of both our consumer-facing property management brand, GuestReady, and our SaaS platform, RentalReady. This is a high-impact role across multiple markets and audiences, ideal for someone passionate about both hospitality and technology.
Your Role
As our Marketing Director, you will lead and implement the marketing strategy for both brands across B2C and B2B. You will manage a talented team, oversee multi-channel campaigns, and collaborate closely with sales, product and leadership teams across different markets to accelerate growth. You will shape our brand presence, create demand and position us as a market leader in short-term rentals and property management software.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Leadership
✅ Define and execute marketing strategies in line with company objectives
✅ Build and sell, from awareness to conversion and retention
✅ Lead annual planning, go-to-market coptimise the full marketing funampaigns and global rollouts
Team and Budget Oversight
✅ Manage and mentor a growing marketing team
✅ Oversee and allocate the marketing budget, ensuring return on investment
Digital and Content Marketing
✅ Drive performance across SEO, SEM, paid social and email campaigns
✅ Develop content strategies that support lead generation and establish thought leadership
✅ Analyse marketing data and continuously improve campaign effectiveness
Brand and Communications
✅ Manage brand development, including visual identity and tone of voice
✅ Lead PR, communications and presence at key industry events
✅ Ensure consistency in messaging across all channels and markets
Cross-Functional Collaboration
✅ Work closely with sales to support pipeline growth and optimise the B2B marketing funnel
✅ Coordinate with product and tech teams to align messaging with feature releases
✅ Collaborate with local market teams to adapt campaigns regionally
What We’re Looking For
🔹 Marketing Leadership: At least 6 years of experience, and 3 years in senior leadership roles
🔹 B2C & B2B Proficiency: Demonstrated success in both consumer and B2B marketing, ideally in travel, property or tech sectors
🔹 Digital & Content Expertise: Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, analytics and content strategy
🔹 Brand & Events: Experience building brand identity and delivering successful campaigns and events
🔹 Budget & Team Management: Proven ability to manage a marketing budget of €500k+ and lead a team of 5 or more
🔹 Sales Alignment: Understanding of CRM tools and B2B sales funnels, with experience partnering with sales teams
🔹 Industry Familiarity: Background in hospitality, short-term rentals, OTAs or proptech is highly desirable
🔹 Languages: Fluent English required; French or Portuguese is a plus
