What is expected in this role:
\- Analyze logistics operational and financial data to identify key insights and opportunities for improvement;
\- Develop and propose data-driven recommendations aimed at enhancing customer experience and increasing profitability;
\- Monitor the impact of implemented strategies and initiatives, providing regular reports on performance;
\- Work in close collaboration with senior leadership, including the Chief Operating;
\- Officer and the Head of Logistics, to align on strategic goals.
What we are looking for (knowledge, skills, and abilities):
Must-haves
\- A degree in a quantitative field such as Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline;
\- A strong passion for the intersection of business and data, with a knack for translating complex analysis into actionable business strategies;
\- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-haves
\- Previous experience in e-commerce and/or logistics sectors;
\- Proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau.
