We’re looking for a Junior Support Engineer to join our growing startup.
In this role, you’ll troubleshoot problems, provide technical support to various departments, and, on occasion, help develop/suggest tools that improve our internal processes.
It’s an entry-level engineering opportunity, ideal for someone early in their career who’s eager to grow in a fast-paced AI startup environment.
You’ll gain hands-on experience in support engineering: working on debugging, database operations and learning a complex codebase with hundreds of features and integrations.
📌 Important: This position requires working a fixed afternoon–evening schedule from Tuesday to Friday (14h–23h) and Monday (18h–23h). If you’re looking for a standard 9-to-5 job, this one isn’t for you, but if you enjoy focused, late-day work and want a long weekend starting Monday at 6 PM, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Understand how the project is structured.
Resolving technical issues from the product and customer experience team.
Writing and maintaining documentation.
Develop scripts or prompts to streamline repetitive tasks and support other teams.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues and bugs.Think of innovative solutions to improve internal tools and processes.
Attend Product and Support meetings.

Requirements
Fluency in English and Portuguese.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Coding Bootcamp.
Experience with back-end development (Nodejs or PHP, Python, Ruby, etc.)
Familiarity with SQL and a non relational database (ex: Mongo).
Experience with a JavaScript Framework.
Proficient in using browser DevTools for debugging
Familiarity with RESTful API design and best practices.
Experience using Git for version control and working in a collaborative coding environment.
Bonus points for experience with:
Portfolio and/or code repository
Tools like JIRA and an understanding of Agile methodologies.
