We are looking for you!
✅ As a Customer Support you will:
- Handling cases in collaboration with lawyers, legal officers, and National Enforcement Bodies (NEB).
- Supporting the NEB in verifying whether transport operators comply with passenger rights under the regulations.
- Managing complaints from passengers who believe their rights have been violated and resolving these cases with the relevant authorities in the country where the incident occurred.
- Mediating and resolving disputes with agencies to avoid legal proceedings whenever possible.
✅ Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance):
- 1000€ gross x 14 months (it’s 1066€ gross x 12 months)
- 10€ gross– fixed monthly project bonus
- up to 175€ gross – performance bonus,
- 20 €/month – Transport allowance
- €7.23 NET/day meal voucher
- plus EXTRA PROJECT BONUS – total of €2000 gross (€500 gross paid out after the 4th, 7th, 10th and 13th contract month!)
