We are seeking a talented individual to join our Insurance Operations team at Marsh. This role will be based in Lisbon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
You’ll be joining the operations team, supporting a diverse client portfolio and delivering a high-quality service to our clients and policyholders.
The Insurance Operations Administrator will play a crucial role and will be responsible for managing motor policies, specifically focusing on fleet management.
This role involves daily interactions with clients, presenting proposals, and maintaining databases related to fleet policies.
We will count on you to:
- Manage motor policies (individual and fleets);
- Develop and present tailored proposals to clients;
- Calculate and issue premium adjustments;
- Issue insurance policies;
- Contact with clients and insurance companies;
- Manage insurance inclusions and exclusions;
- Manage related administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless policy management and client satisfaction.
What you need to have:
- At least 2 years of experience working with insurances;
- English and Portuguese language proficiency;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft tools, PowerPoint and specially Excel.
