For our location in Portugal/Trofa, we are currently recruiting a: IT Administrator - OpenShift & Docker (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities:
- Deploy, configure, and maintain OpenShift clusters and Docker Swarm environments.
- Administer underlying Linux systems (RHEL or CentOS), Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Configure container networking (e.g., overlay networks, ingress controllers).
- Manage TLS certificates, secrets, and secure image registries.
- Analyze logs and metrics to ensure system health and performance.
- Test and document disaster recovery procedures.
- Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, procedures, and policies.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Docker Swarm.
- Strong knowledge of Linux system administration.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes concepts and container orchestration.
- Understanding of networking, firewalls, and load balancing.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, Ansible).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
