Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assists in creatively identifying ways to reach influential consumers.
- Proactively uncovers up and coming influencers.
- Assists in collecting research and proactively bringing new perspectives to a project.
- Develops customised pitches for influencers, pitches with oversight and negotiates and drafts resulting contracts.
- Assists manager by pulling numbers and creating comprehensive spreadsheets to store programme results.
- Keeps tabs of timelines to ensure programmes are on schedule and brings up questions or flags.
- Learns and can use social platforms and Microsoft Power Point and Excel.
- Assists in competitive analysis and shares trend stories internally with the team.
Qualifications:
- Up to 1-year of experience in a similar position.
- Bachelor's Degree in one of these areas: Marketing, Communication, Advertising or a Digital Marketing course.
- Native Portuguese and proficient level of English.
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, strong organizational skills, and effective communication.
