The Role
Provide legal guidance and support all legal activities within the company, performing all tasks and functions within the scope of the activity for which they were hired. This position is 100% on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide FairJourney Biologics with legal counsel on the full spectrum of legal matters relevant to the company’s activities, including contract and commercial law, labour law, and intellectual property law.
- Draft and/or review various contracts, including but not limited to suppliers’ agreements, client agreements, and partnership agreements, ensuring terms and conditions are agreeable and compliant.
- Work closely with different company units, including Business Development, Human Resources, and Finance, providing advice on a variety of legal topics.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including data protection, labour legislation, and regulations directly affecting company activities.
- Keep all Legal Unit records organized and up to date.
- Perform administrative tasks related to the Legal Unit’s activities, as well as all functions related or functionally linked to the role.
Your Profile
- Law Degree – More than 5 years of work experience
- Strong communication skills.
- Solid understanding and knowledge of commercial and corporate law.
- Excellent negotiating and drafting skills.
- Ability to work autonomously.
