The Role: HR Shared Services Analyst

As an HR Shared Services Analyst , you will be the first point of contact for employee inquiries, ensuring smooth and compliant HR operations. You’ll work closely with HR colleagues and other departments to deliver a positive employee experience .

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and prepare HR-related documents
  • Maintain and update employee data in HR systems
  • Respond to employee queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Support HR programs, including onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and employment regulations
  • Escalate complex queries to senior HR team members when needed
  • Provide administrative support across various HR functions
  • Collect and analyze HR data to support reporting and insights
  • Build and maintain strong internal client relationships
Who You Are

To succeed in this role, you bring a customer-focused mindset , strong organizational skills , and a passion for HR operations .

✅ Requirements

  • Spanish Speaker
  • University or College degree
  • 7–12 months of experience in a customer-facing HR role
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and administrative abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle) is a plus
