Are you passionate about quality and precision in software delivery? Join a Functional Testing team at one of the largest financial institutions in Portugal and play a key role in ensuring reliable, secure, and user-ready digital solutions.
Location: Lisbon
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and execute manual and automated test cases.
- Build and maintain test strategies and plans.
- Ensure bugs are caught early through thorough reporting and validation.
- Promote best practices in software testing across squads.
- Collaborate in Agile/Scrum environments with a focus on continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Profile:
- Degree in IT, Systems Analysis, or similar.
- 2 - 3 years of experience in software testing.
- Hands-on with manual and automated testing tools.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and BDD methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English is mandatory.
- Clear communicator & team player.
- Organized and proactive.
