We are seeking a talented individual to join our Specialties Broking team at Marsh. This role will be based in Lisbon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We will count on you to:
- Be responsible for structuring bespoke insurance programs for our clients and prospects;
- Broke the most adequate terms and conditions from insurers and reinsurers;
- Develop and implement the strategic placement plan initiatives;
- Critical analysis of insurance offers;
- Identify new business opportunity areas.
What you need to have:
- A degree or masters degree in law, business administration or economics;
- Two to three years of experience working within the insurance market (as a broker or underwriter);
- General broking and placement know-how;
- General understanding of the Property & Casualty insurance market ;
- English and Portuguese language proficiency.
