About the role:
The Enterprise Customer Success Manager (CSM) will own a portfolio of Intento’s top-tier Enterprise clients. As the primary point of contact, strategic advisor, and customer champion, you will drive adoption, ensure value realization, and help our clients achieve their business goals with Intento.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with enterprise clients.
Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, driving product adoption, revenue retention, and high renewal rates.
Partner with customers to define business outcomes, success metrics, milestones, and timelines.
Lead regular business reviews to track progress, surface opportunities, and reinforce value.
Build deep expertise in Intento’s platform and industry best practices to provide strategic guidance.
Proactively identify risks, challenges, and growth opportunities; mitigate issues by coordinating with internal experts and escalating when necessary.
Advocate for customer needs across Intento, collaborating with product and development teams to shape the roadmap and improve customer experience.

Required:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Success at a SaaS company.
Proven track record of working with large-scale enterprises or high-value clients.
Growth mindset with a strong desire to continuously expand technical and business acumen.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Driven self-starter with a proactive approach and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Preferred:
Proven track record in the localization industry.
Experience working with AI-powered solutions.
Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring, guiding, or formally managing team members. Prior experience in an official leadership role is a strong advantage.
Working Hours / Timezone Requirements
Availability to work 8 hours within 8:00 am – 7:00 pm EST, depending on customer calls and business needs.
Flexibility to occasionally start earlier (as early as 7:00 am EST).
