Role: Engagement Manager
Location: Hybrid, Lisbon, OR Porto, OR Coimbra, OR Castelo Branco OR Covilha, Portugal
Required skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Computer Engineering, or equivalent;

Minimum 8 years' experience as a Business Analyst, focusing on
gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and processes; - Minimum 5 years' experience in Project Management;
- Proven experience in projects based on Agile methodologies (notably the Scrum framework);
- Understanding of the concept of product development and a taste for long-term projects;
- Ease of communication and interpersonal skills, with good understanding and understanding of the project, business, and client;
- Comfortable and confident in decision-making and negotiation within the scope of a project
- Excellent analytical skills and critical thinking.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
