We're looking for a proactive and strategic Digital Project Manager to help shape the future of work. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind identifying, framing, and launching automation initiatives that transform how our teams operate. We have a strong footprint in the Banking sector with a lot of challenges for you!
Location: Lisbon
Main Responsibilities:
- Acts as a digital change champion, engages teams and inspires a shift toward smarter, automated workflows.
- Collaborates with business lines, process owners, and tech teams to uncover automation opportunities.
- Validates and prioritizes initiatives with stakeholders.
- Builds compelling business cases and defines project scope by writing the business requirements.
- Support projects from discovery through to go-live, acting as PMO during implementation.
- Ensures alignment with global automation frameworks and methodologies.
- Facilitates collaboration across digital and AI teams to streamline discovery processes.
- Guides sponsors through opportunity qualification and process reviews.
Qualifications
Profile:
- 5+ years leading IT, AI, or automation projects (mandatory).
- 3+ years in automation/AI solution design (preferencial).
- Experience with continuous improvement initiatives (preferencial).
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized, autonomous, and results-driven.
- Team player with integrity and a passion for innovation.

(Hybrid work, with 2/3 days of work in the office in LISBON per week)
