The Role: The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the execution of marketing initiatives across platforms, ensuring consistency in the delivery of the TRIB3 and PILAT3S brands. This role involves managing social media, website updates, CRM oversight and the execution of digital advertising campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars across social media, blog articles and press releases, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Manage and monitor social media activity, engaging with communities, and comments and queries.
- Produce engaging and on-brand copy for a variety of channels, maintaining the brand voice and identity.
- Support the planning, execution and optimisation of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Assist in the creation, execution and performance tracking of digital ad campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.
- Track and analyse performance metrics including audience engagement, reach, impressions, referrals and conversions across platforms.
- Coordinate and schedule email, SMS and push notification campaigns, optimising frequency to support business objectives.
- Manage website content updates via WordPress, ensuring pages are accurate, up to date and SEO-friendly.
- Oversee CRM platform usage and lead management workflows to support customer journey and communication strategy.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in a similar digital marketing role, with strong knowledge of social media, email marketing and digital content creation.
- Hands-on experience using WordPress for website content management.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and how to utilise them effectively.
- Previous experience in setting up, managing and analysing digital ad campaigns via Meta and Google Ads.
- Strong analytical skills, including campaign reporting, performance analysis and data-led decision making.
- Skilled in content creation and copywriting, with a portfolio of successful campaigns and communications.
