We are looking for an experienced Devops Team Lead to lead our Devops Team and support our growth plans.
This is a remote role but we expect this person to work and be available during European time zone (CET) working hours.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams ( RnD, Product) to to ensure seamless product delivery and alignment with business objectives..
Design, implement and continuously improve the cloud infrastructure for Intento’s products.
Provide mentorship and technical leadership to the team, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
Ensure high performance and alignment by setting clear goals, providing feedback, and removing roadblocks.
People management: onboarding, performance management, supporting growth, managing time off and on-call schedules.
Ensure cloud infrastructure is compliant with security and regulatory requirements, integrating security best practices into DevOps processes
Working with the CIO to create mid-term plans for the team in line with company goals and requests from other team
Short-term planning and implementation in line with mid-term plans and projects
Participate in the team’s on-call shifts to meet 365/7/24 schedule, while working to reduce on-call incidents through automation and system improvements

We are looking for:
Required:
1+ years of AWS experience (including EKS)
2+ years Kubernetes experience
1+ years Terraform experience
3+ years of infrastructure operations experience
1+ years of people management experience
Basic knowledge of at least some of the following programming languages - Python, JavaScript/TypeScript
Preferred
Bachelor's/Master's degree in CS or related field
AWS certifications (SysOps Administrator, DevOps Engineer, Solutions Architect, etc.)
