DevOps Platform – Senior DevOps engineer with software development expertise

Your responsibilities will include:
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs, discover opportunities, map vision & business requirements, and translate them into effective cloud-based solutions and services.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance deployment practices to drive efficiency and reliability.
- Promote an automate everything approach and apply DevOps best practices to ensure consistent and transparent execution.
- Collaborate with the Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps Platform, and Cloud Governance and architecture teams to optimize configuration and enhance deployment efficiency, governance, and security.
- Contributing to the creation of standards and governance policies, followed by the ability to monitor adherence to those standards and enforce them when necessary.
- Actively participate in standardizing our architecture offers and contribute to implementing complex and intelligent automation and infrastructure as code.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- At least, 2–4 years’ experience in Software/DevOps Engineering, ideally in a large company / international environment.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges (e.g., tool selection, integration strategies, migration planning).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong documentation skills to create clear and concise technical documentation.
- Solid understanding of SDLC processes (Agile, DevOps), cloud and networking concepts, and service delivery, with hands-on ability to implement best practices or suggest improvements.
- Proficiency in Python development is mandatory, as it is our primary language of automation. Good knowledge of the language itself and craftsmanship / maintainable software principles is also essential.
- Promote an automated everything approach and apply DevOps/Gitops best practices to ensure consistent and transparent execution.
- Strong experience with secret management (vault).
- Strong experience in complete Kubernetes cluster stack Stack: Network policy, OPA, Gatekeeper, Service mesh, Ingress gateway, Argocd.
- Strong experience with infrastructure-as-code automation using Terraform, Gitlab.
