Job Description
The Customer Service Operations Department (DOP), within the B2B Platforms area, is looking to strengthen its team with a Full-Stack Developer to integrate strategic projects in the areas of Assurance, Observability, and Platform Development.
Responsibilities:
- Development and maintenance of solutions based on the Altitude Software uCI 8 platform (Focus and mandatory)
- Participation in technological evolution and systems integration projects
- Collaboration with operations and service assurance teams
- Contribution to the continuous improvement of B2B platforms
Technical Requirements
Mandatory:
- Experience in development with Altitude Software uCI 8
- Programming Languages: VBScript, C# or .NET, SQL (Transact-SQL), HTML/CSS/JavaScript, XML
- Integration and APIs: Web Services (SOAP/REST), ActiveX / COM, ODBC / ADO
- Advanced English (spoken and written)
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and Windows Server
- Experience with PBX / SIP
- Knowledge of LDAP / Active Directory
