About the role:
As a Data Steward, you will play a key role in managing both Customer and Material Master Data within our Global Business Services (GBS) organization. You’ll ensure data accuracy, compliance, and timely processing while supporting our transition to a more integrated and efficient way of working.

What you will do:
Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of Customer and Material Master Data across multiple Business Units.
Create, maintain, and delete master data accurately and in a timely manner, following established governance standards.
Manage and process master data requests from various stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Collaborate with global teams to support data setup and issue resolution.
Perform regular data quality checks and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders.
Document business processes and contribute to continuous improvement of master data workflows.
Provide support and training to colleagues and stakeholders on master data processes and tools.
Who you are:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Customer Service, or a related field.
Experience working with customer and/or material master data.
Proficient in SAP S/4HANA (mandatory); experience with MDG, C4/HANA, or ticketing tools is a plus.
Demonstrate a service-minded approach, with strong teamwork and communication skills in a multicultural environment
