What You'll do:
- Develop data ingestion, transformation, and aggregation pipelines to build contextual customer snapshots;
- Work with data virtualization, Feature Stores, and integration with upstream systems;
- Ensure data quality, traceability, and compliance;
- Optimize data access performance for real-time scoring;
- Support the design of the data architecture in coordination with other Squad members;
- Hybrid Work Model.
What You Are:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field;
- 4+ years of experience in data engineering within distributed environments;
- Experience with Spark, PySpark, advanced SQL, and REST APIs;
- Experience with Feature Stores (e.g., Feast) and event-driven architectures is a plus;
- Previous experience in personalization, recommendation engines, or customer engagement projects is a strong advantage.
