We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our growing data team.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a scale-up environment and enjoys structuring and managing BI platforms by implementing data governance principles to ensure consistency, reliability, and secure access.
As our data analyst, you will play a key role in supporting Boostbar (our fast-growing operator in Switzerland) as well as Boost inc’s technology teams. You will turn data into actionable insights for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, category management, and finance teams to understand business needs and translate them into robust analytical solutions.
- Serve as a bridge between business and data teams, gathering requirements, defining technical specs, and ensuring alignment throughout projects.
- Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports to support strategic and operational decision-making across the organisation.
- Work with data and ML engineers to ensure data quality and to operationalise insights (e.g., forecasting, recommendations), while proactively identifying KPIs, trends, and growth opportunities through effective data storytelling.
- Strong analytical background, with experience in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Superset) and a proven ability to translate business needs into actionable data solutions.
- Skilled in managing dashboards as data products, ensuring quality, usability, and clear documentation.
- Excellent communicator, fluent in English, with a track record of collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Bonus points for Python skills, experience with cloud-based platforms like Databricks, background in retail/FMCG/vending, and additional language proficiency (especially German or other European languages).
