Job Description
Role Summary:
The Cybersecurity Specialist for Digital Solutions Products aims to ensure that the solutions are compliant with the Cyber Resiliance Act (CRA) and other global standards and regulations. Will be responsible for the global coordination of QM cybersecurity topics in the direction of internal and external suppliers, establishing and being responsible for supplier and component cybersecurity management system within Digital Solutions QM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development and maintenance of all elements of a Quality Management System (incl. regular Management Reviews and KPI reporting related to cybersecurity);
- Software solution integrity representative for Digital Solutions cybersecurity products;
- Ensure that digital solutions are meeting cybersecurity regulations in the market and regions as well as automotive cybersecurity regulations;
- Supplier releases and monitoring of all suppliers related to Digital Solutions cybersecurity;
- Development and continuous review / update of all necessary Product and Process Quality Standards in order to meet market/customer requirements in the area of responsibility;
- Ensure an effective and sustainable improvement of infrastructure, processes and equipment;
- Foster the cooperation with other central functions (e.g. IT, R&D, Technical Customer Service, Regulatory Affairs, Legal, etc.) for implementing needed quality requirements and alignments.
Qualifications
- Academic degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field;
- 3+ years of professional experience in Quality Management functions or Software Development;
- Knowledge of Cybersecurity Regulatory Requirements;
- Experience in auditing and quality management systems;
- Project management experience;
- Problem solving skills;
- Experience working in international environments (preferred);
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Proficient English language skills (written and spoken);
- Availability for international travelling (up to 10%).
