The Navigator Company is looking to strengthen its customer service team by hiring a Customer Service Assistant.
Main responsibilities
- Maintain regular contact with customers, ensuring consistently high satisfaction levels;
- Identify opportunities to improve service efficiency and reduce costs;
- Interfacing with sales offices and other functional areas, such as production planning, dispatch planning, logistics and marketing.

Qualifications:
- Higher education degree (preferably in Business, Management, or related field).
Experience and Knowledge:
- Fluency in English and Turkish (spoken and written);
- Strong computer literacy, including MS Office, email platforms, and enterprise management systems.
Soft Skills:
- Customer-focused and problem-solving mindset;
- Numerical ability and strong attention to detail;
- Interpersonal skills, team spirit and good communication skills.
