YOUR TASKS
- Implement and train the production quality plan at the factory.
- Define quality standards for concrete samples.
- Approve materials and auxiliary elements for use.
- Monitor and follow up on internal and external complaints and non-conformities.
- Report non-conformities to relevant departments, groups, or suppliers.
- Ensure production processes meet established quality standards.
- Provide reports, statistical data, and insights from quality tests.
- Organize and participate in quality team meetings to support decision-making and assign actions to departments or suppliers.
YOUR PROFILE
- Degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience in concrete manufacturing and technological control, especially with self-compacting concrete.
- Knowledge of quality processes related to concrete infrastructures is a plus.
- Previous experience in the renewable energy or construction sectors is an advantage.
- Strong Excel and project management skills.
- Methodical, organized, and detail-oriented in quality inspections and documentation.
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
- Willing to be on-site and travel as required.
