YOUR TASKS
- Coordinate and control HSE systems during the manufacturing process.
- Define and implement safety strategies for concrete structure production, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Review execution projects to align with HSE standards.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to HSE guidelines throughout the manufacturing process.
- Ensure compliance with quality control and safety rules on-site.
- Identify and report anomalies or deficiencies related to occupational health and safety.
- Participate in internal organization and planning of resources, including labor risk prevention documentation.
- Oversee the application of preventive measures by all staff during production.
- Promote and support HSE best practices across the site.
- Investigate work accidents and report findings to the appropriate manager.
- Supervise environmental process management and encourage compliance.
YOUR PROFILE
- Background in HSE procedures and technical control.
- Previous experience in precast concrete, construction supervision, or renewable energy is a plus.
- Knowledge of occupational risk prevention and HSE coordination.
- Familiarity with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
- Skilled in HSE-specific software and construction techniques.
- Proactive, team-oriented, and strong in communication.
- Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
- Willing to work on-site and travel as needed.
