Position Summary

The NBS Integrated Marketing Services (IMS) is looking for a CRM Deployment Specialist to provide a good customer experience for all Nestlé's clients by deploying the campaigns of the brands and work on different communication channels.

A day in the life of...

• 
  Work with the Nestlé’s brands to create email, push notification and SMS campaigns based on previously defined strategy

• HTML creation based on templates including revising, and making changes/corrections when necessary

• Implement database segmentation on email marketing tool

• Design customer journeys according to the guidelines provided by the brands

• Create A/B tests in order to improve engagement and therefore, deliverability

• Monitorization of campaigns and creation of KPI reports

• Ensure campaigns’ deliverability using email marketing best practices and analyzing KPI’s

• Build effective relationship with internal and external international stakeholders

What will make you successful

• 
  Bachelor or master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication Design, Design & Multimedia, Information Management or similar

• Experience with any tool of Email Marketing (eg. MailChimp, RDStation, E-Goi, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, Klavyio)

• Knowledge of HTML or CSS

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)

• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and working methods

• Good analytical skills

• Knowledge on Marketing Automation/Creation of customer journeys (is a plus)

• Passion for the Digital Marketing field

• Ability to communicate with different stakeholders
