We are looking for a professional and organized individual to join our BackOffice Aftersales team. This role will be responsible for ensuring proper contract management, customer support, and assistance to the sales teams, delivering an excellent customer experience.
Your responsibilities:
· Validation of post-sale customer data, ensuring legal and contractual compliance.
· Management of equipment delivery, resolving issues such as incorrect addresses or lost items.
· Handling returns and cancellations, including contract reformulation or termination
· Contract management and corrections, with a focus on customer retention.
· Administrative support to sales channels (inbound and outbound), including proposal and data corrections.
· Contract migrations between Business and Private segments.
What we’re looking for:
- Fluency in German (minimum C2 level – required).
- Strong English (minimum B2 level – required).
- Strong problem-solving skills and an interest in configuring technical systems and devices.
- Willingness to work flexible hours (Monday to Friday 8:00h and 17:00h – One Saturday per month must be expected).
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong customer service mindset.
- Availability to commute regularly or willingness to relocate to the Lisbon area.
