Remote Job Opportunity: ARC Support Specialist (German Market)
Location: Lisbon, Portugal (Remote/Home Office)
Contract Type: 12-Month Renewable Contract (Full-Time, 40 hours/week)
Language Requirement: Native-level German & Fluent English (C1)
Your Role:
As an ARC Support Specialist, you will support customers throughout their entire online order journey. From delivery and payment issues to refunds and general inquiries, your mission is to deliver seamless, empathetic, and professional support while upholding the highest service standards.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve issues related to deliveries, returns, payments, and refunds.
- Maintain data privacy and comply with PCI and GDPR regulations.
- Collaborate with couriers, financial institutions, and internal teams.
- Identify and escalate complex issues with the help of a comprehensive knowledge base.
- Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented work environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Native-level German and strong English skills (C1 minimum).
- Detail-oriented and accurate – small things matter to you.
- Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential data.
- Problem-solver with the ability to work independently.
- Prior experience in a back-office or customer-facing role is a plus.
- Familiarity with SAP and order management systems is advantageous (training provided).
- Flexible with scheduling, including occasional overtime.
Working Hours:
- Rotational shifts between 07:00–24:00, Monday to Sunday.
- 40 hours per week (8-hour shifts + 1-hour lunch).
Training & Onboarding:
- 3–4 weeks of paid training conducted in English.
- Includes product knowledge, customer communication skills, and system tools.
- Contract signed on Day 1 with a 30-day trial period.
