As the Senior Tender Manager at Bolt Business, you’ll play a critical role in scaling our private sector tendering strategy. Reporting to the Global Commercial Operations Manager, you’ll identify high-value opportunities, lead standout proposals, and work cross-functionally with teams across product, sales, legal, and operations.

This role is ideal if you're a structured, commercially minded professional who enjoys building systems, aligning stakeholders, and winning complex deals in competitive markets.

• <point>Define and lead Bolt's global tender strategy, aligning market fit with internal capabilities to maximise win potential.</point>
• <point>Lead tender submissions, collaborating across functions including public policy, legal, sales, product, operations, and supply.</point>
• <point>Develop a scalable, self-serve tender framework with tools, templates, and best practices for regional teams.</point>
• <point>Build and maintain a centralised library of resources such as past submissions, case studies, and approval workflows.</point>
• <point>Optimise the end-to-end tender process through data-driven tracking, win-rate analysis, and iterative improvements.</point>

• <point>Experience in mobility, logistics, or tech-enabled services is a plus, as is familiarity with tender platforms and procurement processes.</point>
