We are seeking a talented individual to join our Claims Advocacy team at Marsh. This role will be based in Lisbon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The Claims Advocacy team is dedicated to managing complex claims with a focus on providing exceptional service and strategic solutions to our clients. You will be part of a dynamic team that collaborates closely to ensure efficient claims resolution and client satisfaction.
We will count on you to:
- Conduct detailed analysis of complex claims, identifying unique case characteristics.
- Collaborate with clients, insurers, and experts to optimize claims outcomes.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for claims resolution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all claims processes and documentation.
- Provide specialized advice and support throughout the claims process.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Law or Management.
- Professional experience in claims management.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Autonomy, proactivity, and a sense of responsibility.
- Proficient in computer tools from a user perspective (MS Office).

- Experience in the areas of Property Damage, Business Interruption, Liability, Cyber, D&O.
- Good time management with task prioritization.
- Strong sense of urgency with excellent customer service orientation.
- Knowledge of Spanish (preferred).
