Key Responsibilities and tasks:
- Lead end-to-end solution design and configuration of Treasury solutions (FSCM-TRM including Hedge Accounting and TPI), applying state-of-the-art methodologies and standards (IFRS, US GAAP, Local, TAX)
- Introduce SAP best practice solutions based on pre-existing templates, standard content and experience
- Plan and personalize the customer journey to S/4 while maintaining global scalability and consistency
- Plan, run, and manage workshops/meetings with internal and external clients
- Participate in transition planning of customer solution landscapes
- Support pre-sales activities
- Deliver solution reviews and feasibility studies
- Support escalated projects and takes over responsibility as a (sub-)project lead or team lead for a service delivered
Work Experience:
- Minimum 5 years consulting experience in Treasury
- Has experience with minimum of 3 full cycle implementations (at least one in S4HANA)
- Has performed workshops with customer and lead a team
- Takes responsibility from time to time as a sub project leader
- Acts as a coach for colleagues
Education and qualifications / Skills and Competencies:
- University degree or equivalent work experience in Finance, especially Treasury
- Professional Trainings & Solution Certification in Finance, Treasury
- Proven communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Desire to learn continuously and to grow personal skills and professional expertise
- Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure and changes
- English: Fluent. Other languages as a plus.
